Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our inbound BPO team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, providing them with information, and assisting with their inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• excellent verbal and written communication skills in english and hindi.
• strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
• proficient in using computers and various software applications.

Education + Experience

• Diploma in Computer Science
• High School in Commerce
• Experience: Up to 4 years

Languages

• English - Fluent
• Hindi - Basic
